Kawartha Lakes Small Business Entreprise Centre (KLSBEC) and the City of Kawartha Lakes Economic Development are pleased to offer Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) Seminars- Information for Farmers.
This free seminar, presented by Canada Revenue Agency will provide information on the tranistion to the Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) for Ontario Farmers.
Seminar attendees will learn how the harmonization of the Goods and Services Tax with the Provincial Sales Tax will be implemented on July 1, 2010.
Seminar Leaders will:
- Show you how the new tax will impact your business
- Explain tax credits and overpayments
- Help you understand the similarities and differences between PST/GST and HST
- Clarify your responsibilities for collecting and reporting the new Harmonized Sales Tax (HST)

Tuesday, March 30- 7:30 pm- 10:00pm at the Ops Community Centre
Wednesday, April 7th- 7:30pm - 10:00pm at the Oakwood Community Centre
